BIAXIAL SHRINK FILMS

With uniform shrinkage in both directions, biaxial shrink film is perfect for custom packaging. Especially for full wrapping of demanding individual packaging, the 50/50 shrink is a strong advantage.

You can choose the thickness of the film (15-90 my), and we can adjust the width of the roll to your individual needs (120-1200 mm). You need a special format? We will be happy to discuss your individual requirements, also with regard to roll length and any additives or finishes that may be required. Delivery to your site is in the form of a half tube, flat film or tube. We produce our biaxial shrink film according to your requirements and demands.

The film is used for contour-true, skin-tight, closed packaging.

Facts:

Longitudinal shrinkage: approx. 45 – 50 %

Transverse shrinkage: approx. 50 – 55%

Our DURALEN shrink films can be dyed translucent in your desired color.
We are also happy to sign your shrink film with symbols (green dot, recycling symbol LDPE 04, short lettering, etc.) in one color (black/green/white) according to your specifications.

Which raw materials are used?

For our monoaxial and biaxial shrink films, we are happy to use the raw material of your choice. For some years now, we have also been using sustainable resources for production(organic LDPE made from sugar cane – DURALEN GREEN).

Through continuous further development and optimization of recycling processes, we can already offer 3 more products from the DURALEN brand world made from recycled LDPE. Whichever raw material you choose for your order, you will always receive 100% DURALEN quality.
